ACC-NK (Antibody-cell Conjugate NK) integrates the antigen-targeting function of antibodies and the immune killing function of NK cells through antibody conjugation technology (non-viral vector, non-gene editing). Embryonic trophoblast glycoprotein (5T4) is an N-glycosylated transmembrane protein involved in the immune exemption process of embryonic cells. 5T4 is highly expressed in embryonic trophoblast cells, covering more than 90% of solid tumors. 5T4 has been expressed in precancerous lesions (such as colon polyps and lung nodules), and ACC-NK (IBR854) can be cleared early to block the carcinogenesis process.
