ACC-NK抗体细胞偶联NK

ACC-NK (Antibody-cell Conjugate NK) integrates the antigen-targeting function of antibodies and the immune killing function of NK cells through antibody conjugation technology (non-viral vector, non-gene editing). By targeting specific tumor antigens with antibodies, it can quickly and efficiently guide NK cells to recognize and kill tumor cells.

ACC-NK(IBR854)

ACC-NK cell product targeting 5T4 for the treatment of solid tumors has entered the Phase II clinical registration stage

Embryonic trophoblast glycoprotein (5T4) is an N-glycosylated transmembrane protein involved in the immune exemption process of embryonic cells. 5T4 is highly expressed in embryonic trophoblast cells, covering more than 90% of solid tumors. 5T4 has been expressed in precancerous lesions (such as colon polyps and lung nodules), and ACC-NK (IBR854) can be cleared early to block the carcinogenesis process.

ACC-NK cell product for targeted Trop-2 treatment of solid tumors, which has entered the clinical registration phase

InbioMed's ACC-NK cell therapy targeting Trop-2 is the world's first of its kind, boasting immense therapeutic potential through IO+ADC. It circumvents the issues and potential risks associated with Trop-2-targeted ADC products, such as high toxicity and a narrow therapeutic window. ACC-NK8 (IBR822) introduces a novel treatment paradigm. When combined with ADC, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, it can reduce side effects, significantly enhance efficacy, and prolong patient survival.
