ATE-NK (Antibody Targeted Enhanced NK), which stands for antibody-targeted enhanced NK cells, involves the combination of specific antibodies and NK cells to precisely target and eliminate pathologically reactive B/T lymphocytes. Leveraging the "precise navigation" capability of antibodies, it guides NK cells to efficiently exert their cytotoxic effects. Through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), it enhances the killing efficiency of NK cells, achieving the dual efficacy of "targeted clearance + immune regulation". It is expected to become a breakthrough therapy for autoimmune diseases.
